Meagan and Kara
Meagan Monique Good was born August 8th, 1981, in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who was her manager during her teens. Her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. The family grew up in Canyon Country with her three siblings in California. As a child, at 4 years old she was able to start acting. In the early stages of her career she worked as an actor on TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. The first film she acted in, "Friday", was made in 1995, when she turned 13. The film first gained attention in 1997 for her role as Cisely batiste (a struggling teenage girl) in Eve's Bayou, for which she won two nominations as well as an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good was a small part of films and television shows for the next few years. Then, in the beginning of 2000s she started taking on roles that were more mature. In Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter show, she portrayed Nina. She appeared as Nina on Nickelodeon's T.V. program Cousin Skeeter from 1998 until 2001. She also had tiny roles in the films House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). In 2003 she played Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she starred in D.E.B.S an action-comedy movie that earned her nominations for Best Actress on the Black Movie Awards 2005. Following this, she appeared in a variety of films, including You've Got Yourself Served, Cookout and Venom, One Missed call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. In 2012 while active in both T.V. In movies, she portrayed Mya In Think Like a Man with a cast of many stars and played the character of Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer was born in Texas has studied at Baylor University Waco Texas where she received the bachelor of fine arts. In performing arts, her degree which she received in 2010. Her first appearance on screen in 2010 with the web series If You Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in various local shows. She was a part of Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in the pilot episode. The Hulu series If I Can dream revolves on the daily lives of group of performers who reside on the streets of Hollywood California.
