Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on 13 February 1979) is an American model, actress and fashion designer. model. She began her modeling career in the year 1990, and then moved to acting following guest appearances on TV series like Boy Meets World or High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in the dramatic film Nowhere. She transitioned to big roles through her appearances in American Beauty for which she was nominated for a BAFTA Award and American Pie each of which garnered an international audience. She appeared in 2000 as a co-star with American Pie co star Jason Biggs. She then played the leading role for the role of Sugar & Spice (2002). She had appearances in the independent drama Spun as well as the 2004 action film Trauma. In addition, she was a part of HBO's drama series Six Feet Under in 2004 the show was awarded a nomination for a member of the Outstanding Cast in the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards.
